The village hall manager, Ian Spinks, is responsible for taking bookings. To make an enquiry/submit a booking request, please use the online booking form in the first instance.
You can contact Ian directly using the e-mail address villagehalloulton@gmail.com or via the telephone number listed above. Please note that officers are volunteers and the manager works on a part-time basis so may not be able to respond to your call or e-mail immediately.
Please note MVH Birthday Party Hire Policy:
MVH offers the hall facility for children’s birthday parties 0-12 years and adult birthday parties 40+ only.
Residents may apply in writing to the bookings clerk for the hire of the hall for teenage birthday parties and 20’s and 30’s birthday parties. MVH Committee will consider individual requests.
